Istvan Orosz mainly designed cultural posters at the beginning of his career. Later , at the time of the eastern revolution he made some political posters, the "Tovarishi Koniec" (Comrades it is over) posters were a symbol of political changes.
Orosz was more than a graphic designer known for his mathematical designs and impossible objects. He is a painter, printmaker and animated film director. Born in Hungary, he was trained at the University of Arts and Design in Budapest.
