Vallée Duhamel
Vallée Duhamel, a studio founded by Julien Vallée and Eve Duhamel, specializes in high quality, lo-fi and often handmade visuals and installations. Working from Montreal, Canada, Julien and Eve combine their creative skills to wow the world with ingenious and lighthearted creations.
Watching the end result makes you wonder "How did they do that?". There is of course the team (about 10 people), the high end equipment.... but handmade? Just watch 'Metamorphose making-of ' below, almost as much fun as the whimsical end product.

Born into a small rural community on Cortes Island, surrounded by forest and ocean, Elligsen himself says his photography is rooted in his rural upbringing. David Elligsen uses the discontinued 55PN Polaroid film, his solarized images are of great tonal range.
David; "I am a photographer and environmental artist creating images of site-specific installations, landscapes and object studies that speak to the natural world and Man’s impact upon it."

Andre Petterson
Painter, mixed media artist Andre Petterson was born in Amsterdam, but moved to Canada as a child. Nowadays he is based in Vancouver. Movement, and fabric are recuring subjects in his often photo based work. His work might seem simple at first glance. Freezing the moment (motion) in time and adding carefully placed brushstrokes, it becomes mesmerizing but still exciting or even comical. I love the beautiful chaos Andre is able create.
